Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Please provide the following information
qBittorrent version and Operating System
qbittorrent_4.3.1_x64_setup.exe win10 x64pro latest up to date
What is the problem
new install went well, won't launch anymore, disabled windows AV and SmartScreen, same, reinstalled as admin from root c:\ with and without aforementioned settings manipulations, same rebooted, same, retried, still ... :(
What is the expected behaviour
Install performs well without unexpected behaviours, when as admin from root c:, just won't launch, confirmed by "System Explorer"
