Hi,

I have a problem with qbittorrent while trying to load a file on the web interface.

What happens exactly is the file do not appears when I load it.
I'm trying with the torrent file and the magnet link, nothing is happening.
The program is setup exactly as the stand alone program and there is no torrent loading.

I hope you can help me and I look forward to hearing from you.

If you try to load it from the GUI does it load?

Maybe post the link to the torrent or the magnet link here.

When I copy the link magnet directly, it happens nothing.
The interface remains empty (no torrent download)

Unfortunately we don't support that file type yet. Please use PNG, GIF, or JPG.

I just tested it. qBittorrent v3.1.5 opens it fine.
What version of qBittorrent are you using?
Also what OS are you using? Windows?

v2.9.8 is very old and unsupported.
The webui code has been fixed several times from then.
Somehow you must use 3.1.5 or later.
