They install oficial qbittorrent-stable

What is the problem

The qbittorrent dont take files with characters with "accents"
àìòùèéúóíá

What is the expected behavior

Qbittorrent take a files with this characters.

Steps to reproduce

i put a file with name "LadrónPolicía.inglés.torrent" for example and qbittorrent dont take the files, i rename this file to LadrónPolicia.ingles.torrent" and qbittorent take that files, diferents languages have this characters.
