Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

qBittorrent version and Operating System
Windows 10 Home (10.0.1xxxx)
qBittorrent 4.3.3
What is the problem
I have Also delete the files on the hard disc set. When deleting a torrent containing a disc image, that i forgot to unmount, or executable, that's still running, all files but the one in question would be deleted and no error/warning would arise to notify user about that.
What is the expected behavior
User should be notified about file being in use, (probably) asked for further actions, and, if possible, nothing should be deleted before that.
Steps to reproduce
Extra info(if any)
A more generalized take on issue #9153.

Now that i think of it, this may be a duplicate of #14498.
