Clicking in search plugins crashes #12028

Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

Empty filename passed to function

If on linux, libtorrent-rasterbar and Qt version

libtorrent 1.1.11.0 / Qt 5.11.3

What is the problem

When I click in search plugins is quickly shows the plugins lists and then it crashes. I

What is the expected behavior

Click on search plugins should show the list of seach plugins

Steps to reproduce

Add search plugins.
Modify the url of them while keeping qBittorrent opened
Click on search plugins
It crashes from here onward everytime you click search plugins.

Extra info(if any)

Was just changing the url of one plugin file and it crashed.

When I click in search plugins it starts printing "Empty filename passed to function"
