qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: v4.3.6 x64
Operating system: Windows 10 Pro 21H1

What is the problem?

Seeding timer doesn't start unless all files were checked and downloaded.
If you uncheck any files to be downloaded, when the download finishes, the seeding timer never starts ticking down.

Steps to reproduce

Set the seeding limit - When seeding time reaches xx min. (example 2880 min which is 2 days)
Start a download with multiple files
From the content tab, uncheck at least one file/folder (Featurettes is a good one)
Allow the download to complete.
Check the Seeding area.
Download will be seeding, and the ETA column (Seeding time remaining) will stay at 2d 0h.

If you download all files/folders, once the item is moved to Seeding, the ETA column will immediately switch to 1d 23h and continue to countdown normally.
