qBittorent v3.1.9 unrespone when pause many torrents #1291

I pause 1500 torrents then qBittorent freezing for 4 minutes, it is unrespone.
My computer:
OS -> Windows 8 x64
CPU -> Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.6Hz [4 cores]
RAM -> 8GB

I find qBittorent about 25% cpu usage, and resume these 1500 torrents is also this result.
