qBittorrent & operating system versions

windows 10 LTSC 1809
qBT 4.5.5 x64
LibT 1.2.17.0 (but on 2.0 the same)
Qt 5.15.5

What is the problem?

not connecting
error in logs: The network interface defined is invalid: ethernet_32770

Steps to reproduce

always i dont know when this happened, maybe two days ago. reboot and restart app and system do not help solve the problem
