qBittorrent & operating system versions

qBittorrent: 4.5.2 Web UI x64
Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS (Docker)
Qt: 6.5
libtorrent-rasterbar: 2.0.8.0

What is the problem?

Trying to use any alternative web ui causes... whatever this is:

The logs will produce the following for all locales:

(N) 2023-04-08T22:45:17 - Using custom Web UI. Location: "/config/themes/dracula/webui".
(W) 2023-04-08T22:45:17 - Couldn't load Web UI translation for selected locale (en).

Steps to reproduce

Use any alternative web ui

Additional context

I tried both the official docker image as well as linuxservers, same result of both.
