qBittorrent & operating system versions

QBittorrent: 4.5.2 x64
Operating System: MacOS Ventura 13.3.1(a) 1.1Ghz Dual-Core Intel Core i3
Qt: 6.4.2
Libtorrent-rasterbar: 1.2.18.0

What is the problem?

On Downloads Done, Exit BitTorrent doesn't work.
All files will finish downloading, uploading will continue to occur, file verification will commence and complete, qBittorrent does not exit. All permissions have been granted in MacOS.

Steps to reproduce

Begin downloading a torrent
Select from main menu Tools : On Downloads Done : Exit Bittorrent (that option displays a checkmark as being operable)
Torrent finishes downloading, qBittorrent remains running until user manually exits it.

Known issue... it's because you have at least one "Downloading metadata..." torrent or you have "Recheck torrents on completion enabled (the latter is fixed in master).
