The Filter torrent names... box should be moved by default to left edge; or at least have an option of being movable by a user, if not anywhere [horizontally] to leastwise the left edge
And that is because I personally often experience such counterproductive annoyance on my 21:9 aspect ratio monitor:
1] I search for something using the list of torrents and / or using the list
2] go outside of qBittorent
3] forget about what I did in qBittorent
4] go back to qBittorent
5] switch to some Status category
6] be stunned I do not see anything
7] realize that an old filtering expressions is still active
And thus if that box would be in the top left corner instead of the right one, then I would get to see it filled with some expression right away when choosing a Status. And if anyone thinks that a user like me should not then use a 21:9 monitor, then I would answer: they are users with 32:9 screens and people with multiple monitors setups splitting their full-sized apps between them; for whom this is even a more profound issue
