Set the download to Highest Priority, Medium Priority, Low Priority.

(3 levels ok, perhaps 5 levels even better).

Use case

It happens again:

Some TV series has S01E01, S01E02, ... S01E16 all as different torrents. (because it is ongoing... and for example, it won't end until S01E30, and at that point somebody probably will make it one torrent).

But for now, if any user download S01E01, S01E02, S01E03, then after 1 or 2 hours, all of them are just downloaded 33%.

None of them can be viewed.

If you download only S01E01, you always have to attend to the computer. You cannot download all 3 and set some to highest priority and "set it and forget it".

Right now, you can ket S01E01 stay at Infinity Download speed, and set S01E02 and S01E03 to Limited to 123kbps download (low speed). But that will mean once S01E01 is downloaded, then other two will be still downloading at 123kbps.

It would be great if it can be set to
S01E01 - Highest Priority - so download at full capacity
S01E02 - Medium Priority - download at 10% speed among all Medium Priority downloads
S01E03 - Low Priority - download at 3% speed among all Low Priority downloads (all add up to 3%, not each 3%)

but Medium Priority will become download at full capacity if there are no other Highest Priority, because now Medium Priority IS the high priority. (is the highest in your list)

maybe i'm wrong but what you're asking is already what priority does. sometimes the files u need prioritized don't have enough seeders to increase the speed though

You can use torrent queue. You set it to download only 1 torrent, set the priority order as you like and once first one finishes, then second torrent in the queue order will be automatically downloaded.

I suppose that can work too... but let's say, if I want 2 torrents to be high priority (one movie and one S01E01), and then 3 to be medium priority, and then 6 other lowest priority, then it can't happen. It has to be a flat shape queue. (1 active in queue or 2 active in queue)
