I have a problem with qbittorrent it keeps shutting down at various times, I ran it in a terminal and it came up with this code
Bittorrent version: v3.1.9.2
stack trace:
[0xb77c5400]
/lib/i386-linux-gnu/libcrypto.so.1.0.0 : RC4()+0x9c [0xb75d99dc]
Segmentation fault
I am running Linux Cylon Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS

It is a known problem with libtorrent 0.15.x. It is a fault of libtorrent. See #750 and http://qbforums.shiki.hu/index.php/topic,2197.msg7992.html#msg7992 (<---------- solutions are in here)
(just use this ppa until you update your distro: https://launchpad.net/~surfernsk/+archive/internet-software)

(please do a search next time)
