What is the problem?

Dear qBittorrent Development Team,

I have encountered an issue in qBittorrent related to the simultaneous use of the category and temporary folder features. Specifically, when I set a category for a torrent and designate a temporary folder for incomplete downloads, the completed downloads are moved from the temporary folder directly to the default save path, ignoring the designated category-specific folder.

Here is a detailed description of the issue:

  1. I assign a category to a torrent (e.g., "Movies").
  2. I set a temporary folder for incomplete downloads.
  3. When the download completes, instead of moving to the "Movies" category folder, the file is moved to the default save path.

This behavior defeats the purpose of using categories to organize downloads into specific folders. I would appreciate it if this issue could be investigated and resolved.

Thank you for your time and effort in maintaining and improving qBittorrent.

Best regards,
Allen

Are you sure Automatic Torrent Management mode is enabled for that torrent?
