qBittorrent & operating system versions

qbittorrent 5.0.4 x64; Windows 10 pro x64 22h2; qt 6.7.3; libtorrent 1.2.20.0

What is the problem?

all files downloaded using qbittorrent have "this File Came From Another Computer And Might be Blocked" in their properties. However, this feature is disabled in gpedit.msc. Files are not blocked when downloading from Google Chrome. Also, when downloading from uTorrent, files are not blocked, they are blocked only from qbittorrent, although in gpedit.msc the function of blocking files from the Internet is completely disabled. At the same time, when I download the same torrent file from utorrent and qbittorrent, the files from utorrent are not blocked, but from qbittorrent they are blocked.

I also disabled the blocking of files from the Internet by attachment manager where i did find it in windows, but files still have "this File Came From Another Computer And Might be Blocked" when I download them from qbittorrent

Are you confused by the file properties label itself or something else?
