Can we please...

* Change "Refresh" to "Refresh tab" (already implemented in master)

Add "Refresh all tabs"

making Refresh match Close as far as one/many is concerned.

Use case

Waiting for new episodes to be released I want to refresh all tabs each of which relates to a different series.

This was already done in master!

Add "Refresh all tabs"

This is a valid request, please note though that we only allow one issue/request per ticket.
