Suggestion

1.Public key file
2.Content file
3.The file that signs the content file

Key feature

One public key file stands for one user account.
When this user posts content, they sign the content file and also seed these three files.
Other users who want to get the content files posted by this user send a request to the user who is seeding this public key file.
Get the hash of all the signature files signed by the user corresponding to this public key file.
