What is the problem?

Hi All,

I've been having issues on my QNAP TS-431P3 accessing the webui so I can sign in. Previously I clicked on the app and the web interface used to pop up with sign in credentials. Now it doesn't. I've tried http and https.. Also have uninstalled and installed again. The password when I install it doesn't show in messages.
