qBittorrent & operating system versions

Windows 10

What is the problem?

Force recheck just results in the torrent being stuck at 0% forever. Same on all torrents.

Steps to reproduce

Start any torrent.
After it finishes, delete a file.
Force Recheck.
It stays at 0% forever and can't just hit start, has no effect. I have to restart the client.

Additional context
