I've just upgraded my Xubuntu install to 14.10.
Then I loosed the nice theme of qbittorrent (and Skype by the way...)

qbittorrent

I tryed do do a fresh install, but got the same... it was beautiful on 14.04, does someone have an idea about what could possibly cause such a problem ? Is that related with missing dependencies ? broken ubuntu qbittorrent .deb ? Broken qt install ?

Thanks for your help.

Install the package named qt4-config
Then "mouse menu"->settings->Qt4 settings.
In the Appearance tab select as GUI style Gtk+ from the drop down menu.

Thanks ! I guess I thought about a too complex issue since I'm actually playing with qt5 compilations...
This issue and workaround was actually reported with the release note http://xubuntu.org/news/14-10-release/

Just to correct your answer, the package to install is qt4-qtconfig

sudo apt-get install qt4-qtconfig
