open QB
check Status, uncheck Labels and Trackers
click All (under Status) and make sure that torrents are sorted e.g. alphabetically
click Active or Paused status and exit QB
relaunch QB, click All and observe how the order is messed up

Based on my hasty testing this only applies to Active or Paused and does not apply to Labels or Trackers at all (?). Is there some kind of a logic behind this?

I have tried this 2-3 time with latest v3.3.0beta build. I can't reproduce it. And since you don't tell me which version you used I am closing this. If you can reproduce it with the beta builds, comment here and I'll reopen this.
