I have the alternative global ratio for download speed set to 50 KiB/s and the up-speed to 20 KiB/s. The upload limit works fine, but the download limit appears to be broken, see: http://goo.gl/PDIL6

Please go to the settings and check the "Apply rate limiting to uTP connections". Hopefully, qBittorrent should then begin as you expect.

Kind of confusing though, having to check that option. Shouldn't it be checked by default?
