qBittorrent spontaneously moved all my completed torrents to my "in progress" folder (the set folder for torrents still incomplete). This happened in version 3.3.0 and continues in 3.3.1. Windows 7 x64.

  • The torrents show up in the list as completed (100%). Clicking "show in explorer" shows the files at their actual location: in the "in progress" folder.
  • The transferred files are all fine; not corrupted or anything.
  • New torrents started after this issue happened move to the completed torrents folder just fine…
  • …However, this has happened again and all torrents have moved back to the "in progress" folder. New torrents after this happening again do get moved to the "completed" folder after completion.

Note: I have my folder for incomplete torrents as a sub-folder of the folder for completed torrents (structure is Torrents \ ~in_progress). Torrents are meant to be moved out of "in progress" and into the main Torrents folder once they're done. This has worked for a long time but perhaps this is part of what's causing problems.

Thanks very much.

I just noticed this myself on Win 10 x64, qBittorrent 3.3.1. All the files are fine, but they either are not moving out of the "incomplete" folder or are finishing and being moved back to the "incomplete" folder instead of being correctly placed in the "finished" folder.
