If even one torrent has a name with an apostrophe, the entire torrent list disappears in the web UI. If you use the GUI on the host machine to remove the apostrophe by renaming the torrent, you can reload the Web UI, and the torrent list will reappear in the WebUI.

qbittorrent 3.0.8 linux via ubuntu ppa.
WebUI bug confirmed on firefox and chrome.
