Some information like when the download or upload speed is 0 B/s, is unnecessary to display. The same could be done with ETA when the download is complete, to improve the user experience.

Current master, which will be included in v3.3.4, has in Options dialog a very similar settings. Try Tools->Options->Behavior->Transferlist->Hide zero and infinity values

Isn't it the same?
