I know there is a priority option but it just gives us a queue.
Let's assume this scenario: I have a set of torrents downloading and I want one to complete as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the torrent I care about the most can't use all of my bandwidth because of limited peers. So if I set concurrent downloads anything above than 1(to use my bandwidth more efficiently) the other torrents which have more peers get a bigger share of the bandwidth(more than just the remainder bandwidth the important torrent couldn't use).

I thought this was part of priorities's job but i don't use them so i don't know. What a bummer if priorities is only for queuing.
@palantra commented on GitHub (Aug 15, 2016):
The lack of priority bandwidth usage was one of the reasons it took me so long to switch over to qBittorrent from uTorrent. In the end qBittorrent is better but I still miss this feature. Also maybe we could prioritize entire labels or categories as well as the usual single torrent selection.
