OK, here's my dilemma;

Let's say I have 10 torrents downloading.
I want to download them in a particular order:
Torrent_10 - Priority 01
Torrent_08 - Priority 02
Torrent_07 - Priority 03
Torrent_06 - Priority 04
Torrent_05 - Priority 05
Torrent_02 - Priority 06
Torrent_01 - Priority 07
Torrent_04 - Priority 08
Torrent_03 - Priority 09
Torrent_09 - Priority 10
A torrent with Priority 01 would use the most bandwidth until complete, then Priority 02 would use the most bandwidth until complete, etc, etc.

Is this feature possible to achieve?
