qBittorrent 3.4.0alpha
Linux 4.9.0-1-686-pae #1 SMP Debian 4.9.2-2 (2017-01-12) i686 GNU/Linux
Qt: 5.7.1
libtorrent 1.0.11.0

The Options > Downloads > Automatically Add Torrents From directories do not work.

As with previous versions of qBittorrent, I save torrent files to these directories. In previous versions these torrents would then appear on the torrent download list in a paused state. I would un-pause them, resume them, and they would download/torrent properly.

Now, however, these torrents do not appear on qBittorrent's torrent list.

This only happened once (as soon as) I ran version 3.4.0alpha.

I cannot reproduce this with 73f7622, which I'm guessing is the commit you were using. Did this ever happen again after this one instance? Are you able to reproduce this?

Ah, bug is only in qBittorrent-nox; it works fine in qBittorrent proper.

It is not the web interface either:
If I run qBittorrent (proper) and monitor it via the web interface, everything works.
If I run qBittorrent-nox then this bug is present: *.torrent files added to any "Options > Downloads > Automatically Add Torrents From" directory does not appear in qBittorrent-nox's web interface (and neither is it connected to and downloaded without appearing in the web interface).

This issue has been closed and locked for being too old, and thus either most likely resolved in recent versions or no longer applicable.
If you experience the reported problem or similar in the latest version, please open a new issue report with the requested information in the issue template.

A new issue report with relevant updated data gathered from the latest version is preferable to necroing an old report with a comment like "still happens in version x.y.z", even if you think the bug is the same, or suspect of a regression.
Due to the changes made to the qBittorrent code and its dependencies over time, the exact cause of your problem could be totally different than the original one, despite the visible symptoms of the bug being similar.
Thus, providing relevant updated information is crucial to find and fix the root cause of a recurrent problem or regression.

Thank you for your contributions.
