Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

qBittorrent v3.3.10. OS - Windows 10
I'm trying to download torrents but it either shows that it's stalled or say that it is downloading but nothing really happens.
I've been using this client for a few months now and it just happened out of nowhere.

You say it just happened out of nowhere after working without a problem. What makes you think it's qbt's fault in this case?
Anyway post your log (with deleted/censored torrent names) and check whether you have a green or a yellow icon in the status bar.

The status is 'stalled'.

also there's this^. I don't know why the last one is stalled, I chose that 5 torrents can be active at the same time.

The stalling of torrents can have multiple causes - no active seeds on that one particular torrent being one, or I/O-errors being an other cause, which did not appear according to the log you provided (you might want to remove your IP from here for more anonymity).
I'm afraid that I don't see any qBittorrent-related bug in here.
