qBittorrent version and Operating System: V3.3.11 on Windows 10

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version: NA

What is the problem: unselected files for download ignored

What is the expected behavior: not download files

Steps to reproduce: download torrent and unselect certain files

At the moment qBittorrent dumps the unselected files that contain cross-file-pieces in the same directory as the desired files.

libtorrent 1.1.0+ (the backend of qBittorrent) supports partfiles so we must wait for qBittorrent to adopt libtorrent 1.1.x.

The development team broke it back in October 2015 with 3.3.0 and have ignored the problem ever since with no signs of fixing it. I'd recommend running 3.2.5 that was the last version where it worked properly.
