It's possible to add a scheduler for the limit bandwidth?
Right now you can only choose a period where qbittorrent is limited. I would like to choose when I want qbittorrent to have a limited bandwidth with more flexibility.
For example like the plug in for deluge scheduler.

It's possible to implement something like that on qbittorrent?
