I downloaded a torrent with hundreds of files that I unchecked, and they sit next to the main ones. I don't care much about why they were downloaded anyway and such, but how do I filter them out now? One time I had an .unwanted folder appear, so once the download was over, I simply erased that folder and I was set, but in this case I have no idea on how to proceed to clean this folder and keep just the files that I checked, other than manually going one by one on these hundreds of files and putting them on a separate folder.

Version 4.0.x is released. It uses libtorrent 1.1.x which puts the unwanted part files in the hidden file
".<torrent_hash>.parts" which is put in the same folder as the root folder(if any) of the torrent.
For the moment it's not possible to put that file somewhere else.
