Dear Sir,
Your torrent client is very effective and fast.
There is one problem, which I am facing. After downloading 2000 or more torrents it takes a long time for it to load and sometime it doesn’t even load.
Everything else is fine except this.
After I download more than 2000 files it just crashes one I try to open it again.
Is there any way that I can program or change any setting so that I doesn’t “RE CHECK” the already downloaded torrents.
It will save a lot of time and also it will load much more quickly if you can please tell me how to disable the rechecking of the already downloaded torrents every time I start the qbitorrent client.
Waiting for your reply
Thanks

Please provide all the information you were asked for in the issue template.
What do you mean by "rechecking"? Does it actually rechecks the downloaded data files to verify torrents integrity? If so, does it find any torrent with incorrect pieces? You may share your execution log to give us answers to these questions.
@Nadia-PK commented on GitHub (May 2, 2017):
Hi
What I mean is, some of the files are 100% completed by default I am downloading the files to E:
Now my first external HDD is full.
So lets say if the file named "Microsoft Windows" is on my old E: and its size is 100 MB, if I add another HDD with the same drive letter E: it says "Missing Files"
I think it goes this because it checks the torrents every time when you execute the program
I want to know how I can STOP the check process because I am downloading too many torrents and it is very frustrating because now I don;t know whether the message on various torrents "Missing Files" is acutely a 100% completed torrent or not.
Not that I care if the message appears as "Missing Files" I just want to be able to distinguish between completed torrents and the torrents that were not completed or downloading.
This brings me to my other question.
I think the best way is the rename the torrent "DONE" so that even if it shows a message Missing Files, I know that this torrent was 100% downloaded and all the files are in my other HDD.
So besides me manually renaming the torrent name INDIVIDUALLY how can I rename all the completed torrents at ONCE.
Is there any tweak in the log file where I can just go there and rename it ?
Waiting for your reply
Thanks
I am using qBitorrent v3.3.12 (64-Bit)
@zeule commented on GitHub (May 2, 2017):
OS? Its version? libtorrent/Qt vesions?
@zeule commented on GitHub (May 2, 2017):
Why don'y you pause those torrents from removable drives?
@Nadia-PK commented on GitHub (May 19, 2017):
I think it has to do with my PC, also the qBitorrent Interface has bugs.
So far I like the its feature where a user is able to import multiple magnet links once.
You cant find this feature in Bitorrent {Clone of uTorrent} and uTorrent.
What I would like to see is a feature where I can rename all downloaded torrents at once by selecting them and just renaming them to whatever I want, I usually rename them as DONE

Closing this as this was reported on a very old version. If you can still reproduce it with latest version please comment to re-open the thread or create a new thread.
