qBittorrent version and Operating System:

qBittorrent v. 3.1.10 on Windows 7

What is the problem:

After hitting exit in the qBittorrent File menu, the app close, but keeps running as a process, which can be seen in the Task Manager. It is impossible to run qBittorrent again until I force close the app trough the Task Manager.

What is the expected behavior:

Close within several seconds of hitting Exit.

Steps to reproduce:

Hit File -> Exit and look at the Task Manager
