And for the n^x time that is NOT the size on disk. Right click the file->Properties and you'll see it's actual size (size on disk).

Cross-file pieces are needed for the bittorrent protocol. Soon they will be hidden in a .partfiles file.

it's a file what i can see. and DLNA server see it too.
You can't manual find it, because they report they fullsized and looks like "normal" files.
Sometimes, i need to partial download torrents with thousands of files, and i got a tons of this shadow files.
It doesn't dissapear after deleting torrent from client.

Duplicate of #2659

Version 4.0.x is released. It uses libtorrent 1.1.x which puts the unwanted part files in the hidden file
".<torrent_hash>.parts" which is put in the same folder as the root folder(if any) of the torrent.
For the moment it's not possible to put that file somewhere else.
