Yellow icon. what number should the listening port be?
@roguespider commented on GitHub (Jun 17, 2013):
if i remember correct original was 6881 but suggested to change between 6881 - 6889 if 6881 is already used
@shadyabhi commented on GitHub (Nov 9, 2013):
Can this range be changed?
@sledgehammer999 commented on GitHub (Nov 9, 2013):
Tools->Options...->Connection
If upnp/nat=pmp doesn't work (check the log), then manually forward the port you set from your router's interface.
@shadyabhi commented on GitHub (Nov 9, 2013):
I think there is a bug in current version. Even though I change the port as you mentioned, the little "Connection Status Icon" in the bottom panel's center still shows as "No direct connection". Checking the execution log confirms that the port is indeed changed.
So, I feel that "Connection Status" icon always checks on default ports no matter what option is set in configuration.
I may be wrong, can you please check and comment on that. Thanks a lot.

@sledgehammer999 Yes, it works after I change the settings and I've a particular range forwarded in my router too and the specified port lies in that range. Sorry, I missed the part of saying that it's working for me after doing the change.
