qBittorrent version 3.3.11, OS: Fedora 25
libtorrent version 0.13.6, Qt version 4.8.7

What is the problem:

The number of seeds I'm connected to sometimes appears negative.

What is the expected behavior:

It should always be non-negative.

Steps to reproduce:

I switched to another wifi after starting a torrent. The negative number appeared a few times during the first minute after the switch, but that stopped once the torrent gained speed.

Extra info(if any):

The second wifi I connected to usually blocks torrents. The only way to get it to work is to transfer to it from a previous wifi once the download has already started.

That's libtorrent-rakhasa. In qbittorrent do Help->About->Libraries.
