Similar to https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/issues/7379

I can confirm that files are created even when unselected. I have tried disabling the
Pre-allocate disk space for all filessetting and also I used to download them to another location then move them but I've disabled that too. Neither fixes this.Windows Server 2016 (For all intents and purposes consider this Windows 10 x64 as the issue is on both and they're essentially the same)
qBitTorrent v3.3.16 x64

@Havokdan
I see... Well at least there's an explanation for this. There's no way to not commit those pieces to disk (even if they must be downloaded anyway as they're apart of the block)?
@Havokdan commented on GitHub (Sep 25, 2017):
I've heard that it looks like they will change how the application handles this when they change the version of libtorrent.

Version 4.0.x is released. It uses libtorrent 1.1.x which puts the unwanted part files in the hidden file
".<torrent_hash>.parts" which is put in the same folder as the root folder(if any) of the torrent.
For the moment it's not possible to put that file somewhere else.
