Win 7 x64 / qBittorrent 4.0.0

Issue #1:
I'm moving/deleting downloaded files quite often but i don't touch torrent files in the app.
After a while qBittorrent recreates all directories of my deleted/moved files thereby clogging up my system with empty folders.

Issue #2:
Downloaded pieces of adjacent files are clogging up directories, especially when torrent file consist of plenty of sub-folders.
Would be great to put them into temporary (or application's) directory. Also it's a bit confusing when the size of these pieces displays the size of complete file (not Size on disk).
