What is the problem
I can't open a torrent file in Qbittorent without clicking File-open in qbittorent. Double clicking on a file in explorer does nothing.
What is the expected behavior
Opening the .torrent file in the software
@slrslr commented on GitHub (Nov 25, 2017):
A) qbt / Options / Behavior / Use qBittorrent for .torrent files
I would try to untick, the optiona nd Apply changes, then tick and Apply.
B) right click .torrent file and select to run with qbt and tick to make it default.
C) click WIndows menu, Settings, System, Default applications - try to set it there
D) Reboot Windows
E) Reinstall qbt.
if worked, close this issue
@eskility commented on GitHub (Nov 25, 2017):
Had to restart Qbittorent two times, then it worked.
