After update to v3.0.10 there is not possible to automatically add new torrent by clicking magnet link (i.e. like in thebiratebay). I have my web browser (FF) configured to open magnet links like this "\qbittorent.exe" "%1"
Also I tried to add file from cmd and it also failed.

Example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\qBittorrent>qbittorrent.exe "magnet:?xt=urn:btih:50c9e692
39fc9003205e353c383beebad5e5e726&dn=SUSE+Linux+10+Unleashed&tr=udp%3A%2F%2Ftrack

WORKAROUND:
To add magnet links use "add torrent file" in qbittorent
