Please provide the following information

qBittorrent version and Operating System

qBittorrent v4.0.3

First of all, great program. Thanks for developing it and perfecting it over time. It's pretty solid at version 4.

Any chance of implementing per file program execution? Kind of like one that's already there, but triggering on every single file completion. That way I can just start downloading something, first get the tiny files all opened, then all the other files randomly. It would be pretty handy. This way I would not even need to open the folder with a specific program, just have "%F", and it would just open .txt, .nfo, .pdf, .zip, with their respective associated programs.

Kind of a niche request. I've browsed through all the open [Wishlist] issues, and I haven't found similar.
