Qb: 4.0.0
OS: 10.10586

What is the problem

I usually scale ration based on the total torrent size and limit speed to each peer own 10-20KB/S to make seeding longer and super seeding mode useful since there may be cheating clients in peer list.

I hope set ration and set upload speed can be merged into one option like 'set upload speed&ration' maybe, plus they are two mini simple function window!

btw, is it possible add a function to help limit upload speed for every peer?
