qBittorrent version and Operating System

v4.0.4; Windows 7

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

What is the problem

Whenever new window opens in qbittorent (settings, setup for new torrent, etc.), whole program freezes for minimum 10 seconds, afterwards, everything works okay.

What is the expected behavior

No freezing

Steps to reproduce

Open settings or magnet link or .torrent

It works much better, no freeze at all when opening settings. It only has short 3 second freeze after closing the settings windows, but it doesn't do "x stopped responding" anymore, it just kind of ignores my mouse input and doesn't react to hovering/clicking stuff.
