limetorrents
zooqle
idope
legit torrents
demonoid

This taking into consideration the popularity, category support, reliability and content. Some of the sites currently included, like torlock, are gone or changed to something suspicious.
I also think it should be set the search "everywhere" by default to respect sites original behavior.

There is a Jackett plugin available for qBitTorrent. With it, you can have a ton of different torrent engines. https://github.com/qbittorrent/search-plugins/issues/30

qBittorrent search plugins are now in a different repository, please open search related issues there.

We are working hard to fix/improve official plugins. Please, download last qBittorrent release and click "Search plugins => Check for updates" to get last versions.
