qBittorrent version and Operating System

v4.1.2 windows 8.1 64-bit

If on linux, libtorrent and Qt version

What is the problem

I started experiencing random crashes. Listening port is still in use even when process does not exist anymore. Cannot see it in netstat -a -n -o cannot bind to given port with netcat until reboot!

What is the expected behavior

No crashes, port properly freed

Steps to reproduce

(type here)

Extra info(if any)

This happens randomly since 4.1.2 or maybe version lower
