When downloading torrent there is often (almost always) some files you don't want to download. You can choose not downloading them when adding torrent manually but you can't do that when auto downloading with RSS.

It would be nice to have in RSS download rule a group of settings for filtering files with :

a must contain box
a must not contain box
eventually a use regular expressions checkbox

It would be like what exists for filtering RSS but would apply to files.
Indirectly it will address issue #6573 asking to be able to filter on file extension when autodownloading.

Edit :
It would also solve partially issue #4886 but will offer more granularity

Edit 2 :
Will also solve issue #2419 which turn out to be another filter on file type.

Sorry for the multiple edit and not having been thorough enough. :-/
Maybe there should be a "RSS rule" or "RSS downloader" tag to differentiate with pure RSS issue.
