What is the problem

Qbitorrent after being closed, doesn't seem to fully close until i have to end process via task manager. Also, it is very strange, despite my high internet speed (gigabit), qbitorrent seems to lag streaming.

What is the expected behavior
No latency issues.

Steps to reproduce
Quit qbitorrent through client, but check task manager and it will still be there.
