Please provide the following information
qBittorrent version and Operating System
qBittorrent 4.1.3 64-bit/Windows 7 64-bit
What is the problem
qBittorrent starts downloading files again, after a recheck, even thou I have already finished a download(s). And yes the download overwrites any previously downloaded files. This also happens to SOME of the unfinished downloads.
Extra info(if any)
I had some problems with my computer, and had to disconnect my drive which "houses" all the qbittorrent downloads. All of this started to happens once I fixed my computer and wanted to continue my downloads. I have close to a 200 torrents on my download list and some of them have been in transfers more than six months. This overwriting of files is a huge problem. I can lose months worth of progress in seconds.

I enabled the "do not start download automatically" in the download section of options. I will have to click start download with each torrent but at least it doesn't download shit over and over again.
Hopefully they get their shit together and fix this annoying "feature" of rechecking torrents that are paused/finished.

Even re-adding a torrent to the download list, by torrent file, the app does resume data check, but still starts download from scratch.........the only thing I have changed is the SATA cable location from Mobo to control card in pci-e. The drive letter is the same, and so is the file/folder structure so whatta heck, why is qbittorrent re-downloading already finishded files, and progress on a file? As I said in my first post: this kind of backtracking is "killing me", I have lost 6 months worth of progress on SEVERAL torrents already.
