Please provide the following information
qBittorrent version and Operating System
qBittorrent v4.1.3 on Windows 10 1809
What is the problem
HTTP/S requests to web seeds don't seem to go through the proxy specified in settings
All I see in the log is
What is the expected behavior
I'm running a local debugging proxy, I'd expect to see a CONNECT to https://cdn.media.ccc.de/congress/2018/h264-hd/ in the proxy log.
Steps to reproduce
Set a proxy in settings, restart qBittorrent, start the torrent, watch the proxy logs.
